I love hiking! When I lived in New Mexico I used to go hiking at least once a month and considered it something that was vital to my happiness. When I was moving to Tucson I thought that hiking would have to be something I would be giving up because I was under the impression that the desert around Tucson was just miles of flat land studded with saguaro cactus's, but boy was I wrong!

Are you Eager to Sell your Home? You can Sell it “As Is.”
Although it's a little puzzling for me, but I do run into consumers all the time who are under the impression that, because their house needs this repair or that repair, selling their homes through a real estate agent is not an option for them because they'll have to do those repairs. But I am here to tell you that one of the many things we specialize in related residential real estate is selling homes in their “as is” condition.
It is important to note, that while you may probably call one of those "we buy houses " signs or one of those things, those investors in a lot of cases will offer you.. who knows.. it could be just some thousands of dollars for the property. But I can give you an idea of what your home would sell in“as is” condition without you doing any repairs to it v ...
